I’m a “rainforest-minded” HSP in my early 50s with an interest in understanding how the human mind, and world, work. While I’m a CPA by trade, I’ve done writing throughout my life, from technical manuals to letters to the editor to writing as a guest columnist in the op-ed pages of my local newspaper. I’m working on starting a blog on Substack under the name “HSP Chronicles,” in order to share weekly on how being an HSP shows up in my life — and how I continue to navigate it. I believe there’s value in telling our personal stories.
