He is the coauthor of the bestselling book Sensitive: The Hidden Power of the Highly Sensitive Person in a Loud, Fast, Too Much World, which has been named as one of Best Books of 2023 by Amazon.com. He writes about the science of sensitive people at Quartz, Forbes, and Psychology Today, and has spoken at Google, Amazon, and Paypal. Sólo is the cofounder and executive editor of Sensitive Refuge and has a background in education and research-based nonprofits.
